Recipe: OG Protein Pancakes


My 3-ingredient OG Protein Pancakes have been with me since Day 1. They are so dense, yet so fluffy. Best part is that there are three ingredients and you can prep this the morning before and throw it on the stove for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole Vital Farm Eggs + 1/2 another egg

  • 2/3 cup of Gluten Free Oatmeal

  • 3/4 Organic Banana

  • Optional: Add Cinnamon

Directions:

Add all ingredients into your Vitamix and mix on medium speed for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are completely mixed together.

Use your pancake molds and don't forget to add your Chosen Foods Cooking spray, so they don't stick.

On high heat they will cook pretty fast, so keep your eyes on them.

Top them with yogurt (such a game changer), granola, fruit, and if you need an extra sugar kick you can add Maple Syrup.
