Life Hack - Meal Prep Sunday's
Meal prep saves time and lives! You'll never have to go hungry during the workday, at school, or on the go. Stashing up on your favorites is a great way to stay on track for the week ahead. You'll also save SO much time at night after a long day if you already have your lunch in the fridge.
This week I made 12 meals, a weeks worth of food for myself as well as some clients, and it took me a total of 3 hours. You can totally make yourself 5 meals in probably an hour if you are feeling motivated! It's a simple Sunday hack.
This weeks menu: Organic green lentils with sweet potatoes, one pasture raised egg egg, organic spinach and broccoli, as well as red lentil pasta with vegetables.
