Recipe: FittGirlFood's Homemade Gluten Free Granola

Homemade granola is a very cost effective staple you can add to your weekly meal prep. A typical bag of granola can run from $4- $8 depending the granola. I have come up with what I think is some of the best granola (not) on the market ;). Try it at home if you do as always DM me a picture or hashtag #fittgirlfood.
Ingredients:
2 cups of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/4 cup of hemp seeds
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1/2 cup of pure maple syrup
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients (seeds and oats) in medium mixing bowl. Place on a flat baking sheet and toast for 15 minutes in the oven at 350 continuously stirring.
In a separate bowl while Granola is toasting melt coconut oil, and add cinnamon, and maple syrup
Take granola out of the oven and fold in wet ingredients
Spread flat across a flat baking sheet again, and put back in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 325. It will come out of the oven still a bit soggy, but let the granola sit at room temperature for at least 40 minutes.
Place granola in the fridge for optimal crunchiness
