Recipe: Grain Free Banana Seeded Bread


I'm always thinking of ways to integrate dessert into my breakfast because why not. I sprinkled some seeds in my banana bread recipe and made it acceptable for breakfast. It's a crunchy and sweet way to start off your day! This recipe is also Grain free- win win situation!

Ingredients:

  • 2 mashed bananas

  • ⅓ cup liquid coconut oil

  • ⅓ cup of Sunbutter

  • 6 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 2 Vital farms eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • 1cups of tiger nut flour

  • Handful of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, and flax seeds

Directions: Add all wet ingredients (Coconut oil, bananas, sunbutter, eggs, vanilla, and baking soda in a food processor. Fold in all seeds and nuts (don't blend this part). Cook on 350° for about 25 minutes (You can check if the middle is still gooey by putting a fork in the middle and seeing if it sticks)
