Recipe: Banana Oatmeal Collagen Bites

I wanted to experiment with a fun muffin that was healthy enough to eat for breakfast and a snack so the Banana Oatmeal Collagen Bites were born:
1 banana mashed
2 scoops of Vital Proteins collagen
2 Vital Farm eggs
1 cup of Bob's Red Mill gluten free oats (put in blender to make a flour consistency)
1/4 cup of Artisana coconut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
All Added and blending in a food processor
Added some additional cinnamon to a few to test test those...they were great!
Cook on 375 for 15 minutes
