Recipe: Gluten Free Banana Cinnamon French Toast


On Sundays, I always wake up and want a comforting breakfast (breakfast is my favorite meal). Today, I made Gluten Free Banana Cinnamon French Toast Sticks. Making french toast can be healthier than you think. I used the same sort of ingredients if I were making eggs, toast, and having a serving of fruit. What to do:

- Toast Udi's Gluten Free Bread for 3-4 minutes (so it's soft and can absorb the mixture)

- Soften a 1/4 banana in the microwave and add cinnamon (I just throw mine in- I use a lot I love the taste)

- Beat 1 whole egg and 1 egg white

- Combine the banana + cinnamon mix and eggs

- Dip the toast in the mixture (it helps if you use a rectangle container to dip the toast in)

- Coat the pan in Coconut oil spray from Trader Joes

-Then I cut the bread into sticks when finished

- Enjoy!!!
